Return Policy

Can I Return or Exchange an Item?

We believe in what we make and want you to feel good about your purchase. But if your purchased items don't meet your expectations or something goes wrong with them, we want you to be able to get them fixed or returned within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Return and Exchange

You must consider the following points before disputing a refund or exchange

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges are currently available in the United States and Canada and must be done within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached (if your item had tags when you received it).
  • The packaging should be undamaged and have all components that were provided, e.g., gift bag, thank you card, etc.
  • Returns registered separately cannot be returned as one, even if they are from the same order. Combining registered returns will slow down the refund process.
  • Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned our way (that’s not a WD Motorsports item) will be the responsibility of the sender, not WD Motorsports. We’ll always do our best to help out, but unfortunately, we can’t make any promises!

Note: Despite proper packaging, a package can get damaged due to mishandling in the shipment process. If you receive an open or damaged box, contact our customer support.

Items that are Excluded from the Return

  • If an item is marked as Final Sale, this item is non-returnable/exchangeable.
  • Face masks (Balaclava) cannot be returned or refunded for health protection reasons.
  • All custom orders are Final and will not be eligible for return or exchange once shipped.
  • Items that are once exchanged will not be returned.
  • The refund will be applied to the gift card for purchases made by part-card or part-gift card.

How do I Return/Exchange an Item?

f the purchased item doesn't comply with your expectations and you wish to return/exchange that item. You can do it within 30 days of purchase by contacting our customer support via email.
(Please read the eligibility conditions before submitting a return/exchange request.)

Do I have to pay for the Return/Exchange?

Yes, the customer will be liable for paying the shipping costs during the return or exchange process. The company will not cover the shipping.

Can I return an Item purchased from a Dealer to WD Motorsports?

No, we only accept the items for return/exchange that are directly purchased from us.
An Item purchased from our authorized dealer shall only be returned to that dealer.

How much time will a refund take?

After receiving your return, our warehouse team shall check the returned items and open a return file if it is eligible for a return. It can take 5-10 business days to process the refund. Once your return is approved, we will add it to your WD wallet through WD coins depending upon the product's price.
(We do not offer cash or credit refunds for returned items at this time)

Pop-up store's Return Policy

Products purchased from a WD Motorsports event will be refunded with store credit in the total amount. We don’t provide cash refunds for products purchased at events. If you wish to return something from a pop-up store, please contact Customer Support.
